Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the lodge was filled with fun and family memories. The indoor water park was a huge hit with the kids, offering plenty of attractions to keep them busy. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it a nice home base during our visit. However, the dining experience left room for improvement, with some meals not meeting our expectations. Additionally, while most activities were enjoyable, my personal experience with the water park was marred by a strong chlorine smell that led to discomfort.
My family and I recently stayed at this lodge and had mixed feelings about our experience. The kids had an absolute blast at the indoor water park, but we faced several issues that made the visit frustrating. The room wasn’t as spacious as I expected, and the service definitely needs improvement. Overall, while the water park was fun, the extra charges and lack of timely assistance left us feeling dissatisfied.
Our family trip to the Great Wolf Lodge was filled with both fun and frustration. While the indoor water park was a big hit with the kids, and we loved the MagiQuest game, we were really disappointed with the cleanliness of our room and the service we received during our stay. We had high expectations for the price we paid, and the lack of proper cleaning and staff training definitely put a damper on our experience.
Our family had a fun time at the lodge with plenty of activities for the kids, especially in the water park. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of four. However, the dining options were somewhat limited and not ideal for those with food allergies. The customer service experience was a bit of a mixed bag, with some staff being very accommodating while others were less helpful.
We had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The kids truly enjoyed the indoor water park, which kept them entertained for hours. However, we faced several challenges, including some maintenance issues in our room and underwhelming dining options that didn't meet expectations. It's a great spot for family fun, but the service and room quality left something to be desired.
